Joyre Montgomery,, MSSW, LCSW, Owner
I am passionate about helping you heal, grow in self-understanding, and reconnect with who you are beyond life’s difficult experiences. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family conflict, parent-child disconnect, self-worth, postpartum concerns, relationship challenges, healthy boundaries, personal growth, or major life transitions, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your healing journey.
I am especially passionate about supporting those who often feel misunderstood, struggle within unhealthy or manipulative relationships, or are trying to break free from painful relational patterns, particularly within family relationships, friendships, or romantic relationships with the people they expected to love and support them most.
My desire is to help you recognize your self-worth, build healthier patterns, and focus on what is within your control as you move toward healing and growth. I believe in meeting you where you are in your mental health journey while creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Together, we will work toward identifying what healing and growth look like for you while building the tools and confidence needed to move forward. I am committed to showing up for you throughout this process while helping you learn how to show up for yourself with compassion, strength, and intention.
