SESSION FEES: 

$65 - $110 is the price range for a session. $65-$170 for an intake. Contact us for more details on pricing as the cost depends on the type of session, provider, number of members and length of session.

Temporary reduced fees are available for those with qualifying financial hardship.

ACCEPTED INSURANCES:

At this time, we accept Cigna, BCBS, Medicare Advantage - PPO, OPTUM commercial plans & EAP, United Behavioral HealthCare Commercial,  UHC Tenncare, Oxford Health Plans, Bluecare, Cover Kids, Tenncare Select, Bluecare PLUS - Dual Integration, CuraLinc / Support Linc EAP. We are also accepting self-pay (cash, debit, credit, HSA and FSA Cards).

Our contracted therapist Kia is self pay only.

SELF PAY PRICES with Joyre, Sarah, Jaclyn & Shavon :

$170 for intake assessment (first session)

$110 for couples or family sessions
$105 for 45 minute individual sessions
They also have limited slots for reduced fees options due to financial hardship*
 

SELF PAY PRICES with Kia:

$80 for intake assessment (first session)

$80 for couples or family sessions
$65 for 45 minute individual sessions.

She has limited slots for reduced fees for ($65 and $50) due to financial hardship* and are open to working with financial need by offering a lower reduced rate if these rates are not feasible.

Insurance companies require you to meet a mental health diagnosis.  Thus, that diagnosis will be on any documents submitted to the insurance or EAP provider.

 

All therapy and counselings services are non-refundable. 

All sessions are virtual unless otherwise discussed.
