Life Coaching is a gradual process where the life coach helps you clarify your goals, identify any obstacles holding you back from personal success, fulfillment or general well-being. A life coach assists you in coming up with strategies that targets your unique skills and gifts to achieve long-lasting change.
Life Coaching Vs Therapy
Some people relate life coaching to therapy but the two should never be confused.
Therapists focus on healing, treating mental health conditions, and helping people work through trauma and other issues from their past. A life coach may help you deal with certain unresolved issues but life coaches are not licensed to treat any disorders or mental health conditions.

I have been in the service industry for more than a decade through various different titles such as mentoring through barbering, sports coaching , full-time firefighter and now life coaching.
"As a life coach professional my goal is to help individuals make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment. I plan to aid my clients with strategies to target their unique skills and gifts to be the best version of themselves."
Life coaching helps address several aspects of our personality, such as our behavior, hidden aspirations, unknown interests, and skills on how to deal with other people. I also promote physical, mental, and spiritual development.
We all spend a lot of time seeking our "WHY "in life and we sometimes ignore the signs of what/who we are meant to be.
Here at Intentional Healing, I strive to stay motivated by fulfilling my purpose, which is empowering others.
